By GlobalDataNothing Bundt Cakes CEO Dolf Berle said: “With the great desire guests have to show care and kindness to their loved ones and colleagues, coupled with the rising trend of Gen Z enjoying ‘little treats’ and the snackification of the American diet, Nothing Bundt Cakes is growing faster than ever.
“We have been able to drive business forward by elevating celebratory occasions leveraging the ‘treat yourself’ trend – something our cakes have been doing since we opened our first bakery more than 25 years ago.”
The brand offers a variety of products, including handcrafted Bundt Cakes, Bundtlets, and Bundtinis, and has introduced pop-up flavours such as Churro Dulce de Leche, offered solely as personal-sized Bundtlet Cakes.
The cake chain has also formed limited-time partnerships with brands, including Oreo and Reese’s.
In a recent move, Nothing Bundt Cakes has sold nine company-owned bakeries in the San Diego market to private equity firm FS Investors. This agreement is a key milestone in the brand’s long-term growth strategy, allowing it to further accelerate expansion in the region.
