US-based bakery café chain Paris Baguette has launched its new summer 2025 menu, including desserts with a focus on strawberry and pistachio flavours, alongside beverages and barbecue-inspired dishes.

The summer menu showcases items such as the Strawberry Pistachio Fraisier Cake, which has vanilla sponge layers, pistachio soft cream and strawberries.

Pistachio Supreme Croissant and Strawberry Supreme Croissant are filled and topped with flavoured creams and icings.

The menu also features the Strawberry Pistachio Bombolone, a doughnut filled with pistachio mascarpone cream, and Pistachio and Strawberry Mochi Donuts with flavoured icings.

Paris Baguette North America chief marketing officer Cathy Chavenet stated: “We’ve paired two beloved, trending flavours – strawberry and pistachio – that not only taste incredible, but also evoke a look and feel that only summertime can deliver.

“With the new menu, our […] bakers are continuing to handcraft visually appealing and delicious delights meant to make every summer gathering and moment feel even more special.”

The chain is also offering Pistachio Latte, Pistachio Sweet Cream Cold Brew, and the Strawberry Lemonade Refresher.

Paris Baguette’s seasonal menu also includes Lemon Citrus Tart, the Crookie ( a mini-croissant topped with the chain’s Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie dough), and Summer Berry Trifle Cake, which is a vanilla sponge cake filled with strawberries, blueberries and soft cream.

Savoury items include the BBQ Chicken Wrap, BBQ Chicken Salad, the BBQ Chicken Grilled Cheese and BBQ Chicken Pizzetta.

The brand announced special offers for PB Rewards members, including exclusive rewards and the brand’s inaugural participation inUS National Donut Day on 6 June.

Members can enjoy a complimentary sugar mochi [Japanese rice cake made with glutinous rice] or a small twisted doughnut with any purchase.

In February 2025, the brand revealed plans for its first North American bakery manufacturing plant in Burleson, Texas.
