US-based Peet’s Coffee has launched its 2025 summer menu, featuring new beverages and food items.

The limited-time offerings are available at participating Peet’s Coffee locations and through the Peetnik Rewards app.

The menu includes sparkling 2.0 beverages and a range of tropical mocktails alongside fresh food options.

The sparkling 2.0 range introduces two peach-infused effervescent drinks: Sparkling Peach Matcha and Sparkling Peach Chill Brew. The former combines Mighty Leaf Matcha with peach juice, Off the Grid Medium Roast coffee and club soda, while the latter offers the same components excluding Mighty Leaf Matcha.

Peet’s has also reimagined classic mocktails with a coffee-inspired spin. The Baridi Mule mixes Baridi Cold Brew with Owen’s Ginger Beer and a hint of mint-lime for its own take on the Moscow Mule.

Peet’s On the Beach and Hula Brew are island beverages that incorporate Mighty Leaf black tea and Baridi Cold Brew with pineapple juice and other tropical flavours.

Omni-channel brand marketing senior director Kristina Roach stated: “Peet’s beverage menu stays on-trend with the growing zero-proof preferences of younger consumers.

“These refreshing beverages, inspired by cocktail classics, are crafted to enjoy the flavours of summer — perfect for a midday pick-me-up, food pairings and social gatherings.”

The food menu sees the introduction of the Bacon Cheddar Brioche, a breakfast option, and the Grilled Cheese Croissant, which combines cheddar, muenster and fontina cheeses between slices of croissant loaf.

The summer menu also includes the Bright Collection, a new range of light roast coffees which includes the Sun Catcher and Off The Grid, and the Zenith Summer Blend with notes of candied citrus, chocolate and jackfruit.

Peet’s Coffee is offering non-dairy milk options with the new menu.

This introduction follows the earlier launch of the expanded Vitality menu, which emphasised feel-good, functional beverages.
