Hill held various senior roles since joining the company in 2017 before being elevated to the position of CEO in April.

Mazany will head the company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on supporting profitable same-store sales and enhancing the in-restaurant experience to boost traffic.

He will work on speeding up new openings in the US and abroad, broadening consumer packaged goods lines, and refining its fast-casual concept to reach younger diners.

He formerly worked in senior roles at companies including Rosa Mexicano, Yardbird, Shell Shack and SPB Hospitality.

Mazany stated: “I’m thrilled to join PF Chang’s at such a pivotal time and lead the brand into its next chapter.

“Our goal is to build on the brand’s strong foundation to deliver bold flavours, immersive dining experiences and innovative concepts that delight today’s guest and shape the future of modern Asian cuisine.”

Hill previously served as the brand’s chief financial officer and chief operating officer.

The company stated that he has helped to enhance its financial position, steer global expansion and support operational modernisation.

PF Chang’s was established in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, and acquired by investment companies TriArtisan Capital Advisors and Paulson & Company in 2019.

It now has more than 300 restaurants globally in 22 countries, alongside locations at US airports.

Paulson & Company president John Paulson stated: “We are deeply thankful for Brad’s leadership and the dedication he has shown to the PF Chang’s brand.

“He leaves behind a strong foundation and a talented team well-positioned for the future.”
