The Queens Harbour restaurant is set to open on 11 July 2025 at Toronto’s Harbourfront,
Featuring 800 seats and a retractable roof and spanning 23,000ft², the dining destination was founded by restaurateurs Kevin Jazexhi, Ali Badreddine and Iris Jazexhi.
It offers a menu blending Mediterranean and Asian cuisines, led by chef Robert Balint with Julien Laffargue.
Kevin Jazexhi stated: “Its location on Toronto’s waterfront was a deliberate choice. We saw an opportunity to create something that naturally evolves throughout the day while offering a new restaurant concept to a city that appreciates more than a meal.
“We wanted to ensure a quality experience, and Queens Harbour offers one that is one-of-a-kind and deeply connected to Toronto.”
The open kitchen and sushi counter use fresh ingredients for dishes such as sushi, seafood platters and shared plates.
