Instacart’s enterprise white‑label e‑commerce solution Storefront Pro offers extensive customisation for retailers, while Instacart Business delivers specialised services for business customers.

Members can order 24/7 via the new mobile app and website, built around smart search functionality.

The service provides access to monthly flyers, promotions and exclusive deals, and enables personalised lists alongside digital access to receipts and tax documents.

Businesses may invite an unlimited number of team members to manage ordering duties and complete tax‑exempt transactions digitally.

The platform also supports bulk ordering with case quantity options and membership card scanning for both in‑store and online purchases.

Instacart business and supply chain vice-president and general manager Andrew Nodes stated: “The foodservice industry is the backbone of American communities, with each operator facing distinct operational challenges and time-sensitive needs.

“At Instacart, we’re focused on empowering these businesses with flexible solutions that complement their existing operations and adapt to their unique requirements. By bringing together Storefront Pro and Instacart Business, we’re providing Restaurant Depot members one powerful platform that makes ordering faster, smarter and more convenient, helping them focus on what matters most – serving their customers.”

In May 2025, Instacart entered a partnership with Uber Eats to offer restaurant delivery services through its app.
