
Connecticut-based Sally’s Apizza is set to expand its US footprint with a new site in Dorchester, Boston, Massachusetts.
The new outlet, located at the South Bay Centre, will begin operations on 30 September 2025.

It will accommodate more than 100 diners and includes a bar with 12 seats. A seasonal patio with 36 seats is planned for spring 2026.
Interiors will feature oak-panelled walls, a memorabilia display and Sally’s proprietary oven designed with the company’s signature red-and-white tile motif.
The menu will include ten pizzas including the Tomato Sauce Pie, the Mozzarella & Tomato, and the Potato & Rosemary, along with up to three rotating seasonal varieties.
Appetisers, salads and main courses curated by chef Bret Lunsford will also be available.

The Dorchester branch will introduce a drinks programme offering wine, cocktails, draft beer, non-alcoholic beverages and Foxon Park sodas from New Haven.
Sally’s Apizza was founded by Salvatore “Sally” Consiglio and is known for its coal-fired pizzas, characterised by a thin charred crust and a light mozzarella topping.
