In addition to Valentine’s offerings, Shipley Do-Nuts has also expanded its menu with YAYs – a unique take on New Orleans’ famous beignets.

Made from Shipley’s signature yeast dough and fried, the mini-beignets are dusted with powdered sugar and served warm.

Available in various sizes, YAYs can be purchased at participating locations priced at four for $2, 12 for $5 and 24 for $10.

In December 2024, Shipley Do-Nuts signed a development deal with Virentes Partners Group unveiling plans for expansion into Florida and Tennessee.
