US-based SPB Hospitality, a portfolio company of Fortress Investment Group, has appointed Tonya R Robinson as its chief financial officer (CFO) with immediate effect, succeeding Jessica Hagler, who has left the company.
Robinson becomes part of the company’s senior leadership team as it seeks to further develop its operational base and support future growth of its restaurant brands.

SPB Hospitality chairman and CEO GJ Hart stated: “Tonya is a highly respected financial leader whose depth of experience in the restaurant industry will be invaluable to SPB.
“Her financial acumen and real-world operational understanding will help us sharpen our strategy, strengthen our business and support the continued expansion of our brands.”
In her new position, Robinson will be responsible for the group’s finance functions, covering accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and capital management.
Her remit includes oversight of IT, licensing and legal, and participation in long-term strategic planning for SPB Hospitality’s portfolio.

Robinson brings with her 25 years of experience in the restaurant sector.
She joined Texas Roadhouse in 1998 and become CFO of the casual dining operator in 2018, holding the post until 2023 with responsibility for regulatory reporting, multi-site operations, investor relations, financial planning and capital allocation.
In October 2025, SPB Hospitality promoted Ryan Russell to the role of chief of staff.
