Catering services provider Crown Partnership has merged specialist retail caterer Dayer’s into its portfolio, for an undisclosed amount.

The joining of Dayer’s into Crown Partnership will help the latter provide catering at coffee bars and workplace cafes in Hampshire.

Following the merger, Dawn Wright, who established Dayer’s in 2001, will continue to operate the business.

Wright started her first location in Basingstoke and currently operates 25 locations across the home counties.

Dayer’s serves clients such as TaylorMade Golf, BNP Paribas, and London Arriva and provides personalised and customised catering to clients. Its deals are claimed to be worth more than £2m.

Dayer’s managing director Dawn Wright said: “This is a very exciting time for Dayer’s. We are delighted to join Crown Partnership and benefit from the wealth of knowledge and expertise that the partnership brings. It feels a very natural fit as we continue to grow the Dayer’s brand, ‘a modern, high quality catering solution for the working week’”.
