
Subway has announced the relaunch of its menu option, Fresh Fit, featuring four new sandwiches.
The revamped menu will be available in the US from 17 September 2025, offering protein-rich options with fewer than 500 calories for a six-inch sub made with multigrain bread.

The Fresh Fit menu comprises the Grilled Chicken & Avocado with 35g of protein, the Ham & Turkey Stacker with 20g, the Seasoned Steak & Avocado also with 35g and the Turkey & Ranch Delite with 26g.
Each sandwich is complemented by a full serving of vegetables.
Subway global culinary and innovation senior vice-president Paul Fabre stated: “Eating healthy often means paying a premium, planning ahead or sacrificing flavour and taste.
“With the return of Fresh Fit to Subway’s menu, our guests can feel confident that there is a convenient, delicious option crafted for them at a great price – and one their macros will love even more.”
