Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café has expanded its US operations with the launch of a new outlet in Cypress, Texas.
It is situated at Village Green in Bridgeland and managed by Mike Kelton, a local entrepreneur and one of the founding partners of Sweet Paris.
Kelton also oversees branches in Austin and The Woodlands.
After 32 years in the wine and spirits sector, Kelton shifted his focus to the culinary field with Sweet Paris, opening his first restaurant in 2018.
He stated: “Bringing Sweet Paris to Bridgeland gives me the opportunity to be involved in a community I care about, support local youth programmes and nonprofits, and create a place where families and friends can come together and enjoy an incredible meal.”
The new outlet is the eighth Sweet Paris location in the Houston area and the 22nd across the brand’s network.

This expansion is a natural step in building on the strong foundation we’ve laid in the region, and we have no doubt that Mike will continue to represent the brand with the same unwavering dedication and passion displayed at his two other locations.”
The expansion in Houston aligns with the brand’s broader growth strategy, which includes plans for 36 additional locations currently in development across Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
In 2024, Sweet Paris entered a multi-unit deal with Virentes Partners Group to open 15 new outlets across the southern regions of the country.
