The Salad Project, a rapidly growing salad bar group, is set to enhance its London footprint with the opening of four new restaurants in the summer of 2025.
Co-founders Florian de Chezelles and James Dare launched their first store in Spitalfields in 2021.
On LinkedIn, Florian de Chezelles shared the company’s ambitious growth, stating: “Four years ago to the day, my best pal James and I opened the doors to our very first The Salad Project store in Spitalfields.
“Today we’re announcing the opening of four new restaurants over the next four months.”
The upcoming locations will be in Victoria’s Nova development, Battersea Power Station, Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill, and a site adjacent to the Tate Modern art gallery in Southwark.
de Chezelles added: “Here’s to the next four years – four stores? 40 stores? 400 stores?”

By GlobalDataThe Salad Project currently operates seven outlets across London, in Bank, Bond Street, Fenchurch Street, Mansion House, Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road.
Each offers fully customisable salads and protein bowls crafted from scratch.
To diversify its menu, The Salad Project has collaborated with Indian brand Dishoom, creating a unique salad that features malai chicken and Kasundi mustard dressing.
The brand had a previous partnership with the plant-based food and wellness platform Deliciously Ella, which introduced a limited-edition plant-based menu to The Salad Project’s London clientele.
