
The UK’s Stonegate Group has announced the reopening of its Slug & Lettuce pub in The Hub in Milton Keynes (MK), England, on 11 September 2025, following a six-figure renovation.
The updated venue will feature redesigned interiors, new lighting elements and modern furnishings.

The refurbishment is part of Stonegate Group’s broader initiative to enhance its properties across the UK.
The Slug & Lettuce MK will present a refreshed aesthetic, incorporating colour-changing LED strip lighting and contemporary pendant fixtures with frosted glass globes, contributing to a more welcoming space.

Inside, the venue will showcase vibrant wallpaper and a newly installed mirror ball positioned over the stairs, designed to enhance the lighting for social media photography.

This area, adorned with gold-reeded panelling, aims to decrease waiting times for customers seeking the venue’s 2-for-1 cocktails.
Slug and Lettuce MK general manager Natasha Leigh said: “This investment has transformed our Slug & Lettuce into an absolute showstopper that we cannot wait to show off to guests.
“The refurbishment has not only made our bar bigger and better, but it’s also helped create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our guests, and we cannot wait to start serving the best bottomless brunches in town once again!”
The venue will continue to offer its 2-for-1 cocktails throughout the day, along with a variety of no and low alcohol options for guests who prefer non-alcoholic choices.
