American restaurant management platform Upserve has opened a customer operations centre in Denver, Colorado.

The multi-million dollar centre will offer customer service to restaurants using its cloud-based point of sale (POS) solution, Breadcrumb POS by Upserve.

Upserve CEO and founder Angus Davis said: “Unfortunately, legacy restaurant point of sale providers are notorious for terrible customer support.

“We were attracted to Denver’s growing, highly talented workforce, great restaurant culture and fantastic quality of life.”

“At Upserve, we proudly distinguish ourselves by providing the most reliable, always-on restaurant point of sale platform, backed by the most dependable, professional and friendly customer support.”

“We considered several cities across the nation for Upserve’s ‘HQ2’. We were attracted to Denver’s growing, highly talented workforce, great restaurant culture and fantastic quality of life. In Denver, you might say we found a key for every door.”

The company has also named Mike Coar as its customer operations senior vice-president.
