Happy Belly Food Group’s Yolks Breakfast has opened its first Quebec location in Montreal as part of a wider Canadian growth strategy.

The new Yolks Breakfast restaurant is in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, a suburban market in Montreal, and will serve its signature menu, offering its core breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes.

This opening is the first of 26 Yolks Breakfast locations contractually committed across Quebec through agreements with local development partners. It is also the sixth Yolks restaurant to open nationally out of 51 units secured under Area Development agreements across Canada.
