Pizza Inn currently operates 110 restaurants in the US and 19 around the globe.
This acquisition offers Restaurant.com customers a wider selection of discounted gift cards.
The new burger is available as a classic Smashed Jack, a Bacon Double Smashed Jack and as a combo meal.
The divestiture comes alongside the closure of 36 underperforming locations across US markets.
According to the restaurant’s co-founder Simon Rimmer, the closure is the result of a rent hike of 35%.
The plan to expand store count in India follows the company’s strong financial performance in 2023.
The deal went live on 1 January 2024 and will be available for a short period.
The business will make its US debut on New York's Fifth Avenue.
