The new venture is housed in one of the city's earliest public houses, dating back to the 1800s.
The venue features two separate bar areas with seating for 34 guests, an outdoor café with seating for 48 and a greenhouse dining space.
Upgrades include new sound and lighting systems, additional TV screens and social media-friendly additions.
The new outlet's menu features a range of salads, wraps, soups, sandwiches and baguettes.
The new pizza has been created in collaboration with ramen chain Tenka Ippin.
In addition to aesthetic improvements, the redesigned restaurant will have a new state-of-the-art kitchen.
The collaboration has already seen a successful trial across 200 restaurant locations, yielding measurable savings in energy costs.
The restaurants will be opened by franchisees Shahmeer Alam and Yves Jodesty.
