Starbucks Pick Up had expanded to around 90 locations.
The initiative will be implemented across more than 60 locations in 31 cities.
Employees have received extensive training in food preparation, customer service and hospitality.
The extension round was headed by AlJazira Capital and brings the company’s total Series B investment to $64m.
The deal will result in the closure of six of its 13 restaurants and 190 job losses.
The company plans to have 100 of the outlets operational by the end of 2027.
The new location is operated in partnership with SSP America, a division of SSP Group.
