The company achieved total segment revenue of €3.7bn in Q2 2025, marking a 27% year-on-year increase on a like-for-like basis.
The menu will include items such as the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos, 7-Layer Burrito, Chili Cheese Burrito, and Double Decker Taco.
Franchisees will have support in areas such as supply chain management, development, site selection, marketing, and operational guidance.
The sauce, which can be stored at room temperature for up to 18 months, can be used to prepare a variety of kimchi-based dishes.
The establishment is expected to open in the autumn of 2025.
The funding was led by venture capital company Headline, with contributions from True, Simon Capital and Souschef Ventures.
Plans are underway at 13 more locations by the end of 2025, with a target of 50 by 2026.
