A company memo from CFO Cathy Smith names Ningyu Chen as her interim replacement.

The new outlet has been launched by the Rock Hawaiian franchise.
The outlet at the South Bay Centre in Boston will begin operations on 30 September 2025.
Both locations will offer in restaurant dining, takeaway, third party delivery and catering services.
The coffee chain projects $1bn in costs for closures, organisational restructuring and related activities.
The brand opened 46 new outlets in 17 US states, in Canada and in the Philippines between January and August.
