Tata has scaled back investment in its joint venture with the coffee giant in India until a more profitable structure is in place.
The move into Mexico follows a franchise agreement with local partner Grupo Allux-Dinar.
The offer comprises two varieties: 4-Cheese and Double Shredded Pepperoni.
Alongside its kiosk model, the company is building out a larger café concept under the Pickup Prime banner.
Its egg-focussed menu of breakfast dishes includes the Bacon, Egg and Cheese and the Pork Romesco.
The new owner plans to expand the business internationally.
Since 2023, the company has opened almost 800 locations and increased its international presence by half.
