atis, a plant-focused salad bowl brand in the UK, is set to open a new outlet on London's Regent Street.

The location will open on 3 June 2024 and will be the brand's seventh location in London and its first launch of the year.

First established in Old Street in October 2019, atis is known for its grain bowls and salads, complemented by a selection of proteins.

The upcoming 295 Regent Street location will feature the brand's signature dishes, including the Azteca and Seiz’a Caesar, as well as new seasonal specials such as the Jalapeño Taco and the Cashew Crunch Plate.

The new location will introduce an exclusive new bowl to its menu, offering a flavourful twist to its classic salad.

Its exclusive bowl will include romaine lettuce, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, avocado, parmesan, crispy shallots and buffalo Caesar dressing, topped with atis's blackened chicken.

The menu also offers the Spring special, the Kimmy Kimchi Bowl, developed in collaboration with Korean chef Jihyun Kim (known as Kimmy), offering a blend of rice, baby spinach, edamame and peas, kimchi radish slaw, spring onion and coriander, soft boiled egg, crispy shallots and Kimmy’s KO dressing, with an option to add sweet chilli salmon.

Customers can also explore plates, introduced by atis in late 2023. These feature items such as Chimichurri Wedges and You Feta Believe It, with optional protein additions.

atis co-founder Eleanor Warder said: “We are very excited to open atis on Regent Street: it marks a very exciting milestone in our journey.

“Our new flagship store embodies our commitment to offering fresh, vibrant and delicious food whilst creating an energetic and welcoming environment for our community.”

The design of the Regent Street space was created in partnership with Daytrip Studio.

It features a bespoke yellow colour scheme, blond wood, swirling resin floors and natural materials behind a Portland stone façade. The store will also offer delivery services through Deliveroo.
