Chuck E Cheese, an entertainment centre and restaurant chain, has opened its first location in Kuwait, marking its expansion in the Middle East. 

The new venue in the Al Muhallab Mall in Kuwait City held a grand opening ceremony on 10 June 2024.

The location offers a family-centric experience synonymous with the Chuck E Cheese brand and has been established in partnership with Joury International Restaurants.

Chuck E Cheese’s newest venue is equipped with a variety of games, a carefully selected menu including Chuck E Cheese classics, and a private room for parties.  

Joury International Restaurants managing director Ahmed Al Subaie said: “The brand is synonymous with creating cherished memories for families worldwide, and we are dedicated to bringing that same magic here to Kuwait.  

“With our signature tagline, 'Where A Kid Can Be A Kid,' we aim to deliver an unforgettable experience that will leave children and parents alike with smiles on their faces and memories to treasure for a lifetime.” 

With 600 fun centres operated by the company and its franchisees across 17 countries, Chuck E Cheese's expansion into Kuwait represents the brand's ongoing efforts to reach audiences worldwide.  

The Chuck E Cheese menu features a range of pizza options, cakes, churros, French fries and appetisers.  

The brand's iconic character and arcade games are central to the Chuck E Cheese experience.

In January 2024, Chuck E Cheese ventured into the Australian market, signing a master franchise agreement with Royale Hospitality Group.
