Cold Stone Creamery plans to expand its presence in the Greater Houston Area in the US state of Texas, identifying the region as a prime market for franchise development. 

The US ice cream parlour chain aims to open 10 new outlets in the area by 2030.

The expansion will particularly focus on the cities of Baytown, Humble, Missouri City, Pasadena, Rosenberg and Tomball.

Cold Stone Creamery currently operates multiple locations in Greater Houston and 51 outlets across Texas.

The company is seeking franchise candidates from first-time operators to multi-unit owners.

The initial fee for a new traditional Cold Stone Creamery franchise is listed at $27,000.

In April 2025, Cold Stone Creamery unveiled plans to broaden its presence in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
