Deliverect announces UK launch of self-service kiosk solution

Deliverect Kiosk integrates with existing POS systems, KDS and delivery aggregators, providing a centralised smart solution.

Global food tech company Deliverect has announced the UK launch of its Deliverect Kiosk, a self-service solution aimed at streamlining restaurant operations and improving customer experiences.

This follows the company's acquisition of kiosk innovator Tabesto and expands Deliverect's omnichannel offerings within the UK foodservice sector.

Restaurants implementing Deliverect Kiosk have reported significant operational improvements, including the elimination of queues during peak times and a 32% increase in ticket sizes.

The solution has led to a 17% reduction in average order time, with half of the kiosk orders featuring an upsell and 38% including at least one paid add-on, boosting revenues and alleviating operational pressures.

Deliverect Kiosk offers a cloud-based, fully integrated ordering system that enhances conversion rates and scales effortlessly.

The cloud operation allows for real-time menu management across all locations, with no staff involvement needed. It supports hardware setups to fit any restaurant layout and offers multilingual ordering, localised promotions and loyalty programme integrations.

The launch is well-timed as UK foodservice operators grapple with labour shortages and a growing consumer appetite for quick, tech-enabled services.

Deliverect Kiosk integrates with existing POS systems, kitchen display systems (KDS) and delivery aggregators, providing operators with a centralised, smart solution that optimises both in-house and off-premise operations while simplifying daily management tasks.

Key benefits of the Deliverect Kiosk include faster service through self-ordering, higher order values driven by AI-powered upsell prompts, rapid deployment with plug-and-play hardware and full ecosystem integrations.

The Kiosk's 22-inch touchscreen and near field communication capabilities for contactless payments, along with QR code digital receipts, make it a user-friendly option for restaurants.

Deliverect Kiosk, already available in several European countries, is live across the UK as of May 2025 and is part of a bundled product suite with Deliverect Restaurants. Deliverect plans further international expansion of the kiosk later in the year.

Deliverect regional general manager Joe Heather stated: “The timing of this launch couldn’t be more relevant. With the recent increases to the National Minimum Wage and National Insurance contributions coming into effect in April, operators are feeling the squeeze. Deliverect Kiosk gives restaurants a practical way to manage rising labour costs, streamlining front-of-house operations, speeding up service and allowing staff to focus on more valuable, customer-facing tasks.”
