Welsh facilities management services provider HSG FM Group has acquired Radish, a UK-based contract catering services company, for an undisclosed amount.

Advised by GS Verde Group, the acquisition is part of HSG FM Group's strategy to enhance its commercial network from South Wales to London.

The acquisition will increase HSG FM Group's catering revenues to more than £25m annually and grow its workforce to 500 employees.

HSG FM group director Ashley Govier said: “This is an incredibly exciting deal as it continues to diversify our portfolio whilst taking a big step towards our strategic goal of a strong commercial network from South Wales to London and beyond.”

The latest acquisition follows HSG FM Group’s earlier acquisition of TCS Education Catering in June 2023.

Radish is known for using local produce and quality ingredients. The senior leadership team at Radish will remain in place, ensuring a seamless integration of the two companies' expertise.

The deal also assists HSG FM Group in entering new markets such as Assisted Living and the Business & Industry (B&I) sector.
