Odeko, a New York-based technology partner to food and beverage businesses including coffee shops, has purchased Six Degrees Coffee Service & Distribution, a speciality coffee distributor based in Chico in the US state of California.
The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
Set up more than 20 years ago, Six Degrees is a key partner for Northern California’s speciality coffee community, collaborating with local and national roasters.
The deal grants Odeko a presence, complementing its operations in Seattle, Washington, in Portland, Oregon and in Los Angeles, California.
Six Degrees’ diverse customer base, consisting of independent cafés, drive-throughs, bakeries, grocery stores, college campuses, bars, restaurants and churches, can access Odeko’s online ordering platform, national product catalogue, 24/7 customer support, and financing and insurance offerings.
Odeko has also introduced Odeko Supply, a mobile app to streamline ordering for cafés, restaurants and small businesses.
The app features saved items for fast re-ordering, a searchable product catalogue, and tools to track orders, receive delivery updates and report issues.
Odeko Supply is available on Apple’s App Store.
In May 2025, Odeko acquired Humankind Beverage, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based cafe distributor and bottled beverage brand. Odeko will distribute Humankind’s bottled water, juices and teas across its national network.
