US casual dining restaurant chain Red Robin Gourmet Burgers is set to introduce a new menu from 8 September 2025, which includes steakhouse-inspired burgers, seafood dishes, appetisers, beverages and a revamped dessert.

The A.1. Steakhouse Burger features sautéed garlic mushrooms, hardwood-smoked bacon, roasted garlic aioli and Monterey Jack cheese with A.1. Steak Sauce.

The Bacon 'N' Bleu Burger is a mix of bleu cheese crumbles, caramelised onions and ranch dressing with the smokiness of bacon and Monterey Jack cheese.

Both burgers are served in a sesame seed brioche bun and come with a side dish option.

Red Robin culinary and beverage innovation vice-president and executive chef Brian Sullivan stated: "I'm especially excited about this menu because it lets us put a fresh spin on guest favourites while also bringing brand new flavours to our restaurants.”

New appetisers include Zucchini Fries and the Shrimp 'N' Chip Basket, which features panko-breaded shrimp and Yukon chips with cocktail sauce.

Main course selections feature Crispy Fried Shrimp with garlic Parmesan broccoli and a choice of side, along with the Crispy Fish & Shrimp Duo, which combines fried white fish fillets with panko-breaded shrimp, accompanied by coleslaw and sauces for dipping.

Beverage choices come with updated cream sodas in Desert Pear, Candied Orange, Wild Raspberry and Dragon Fruit options.

The menu introduces Coconut Coca-Cola Fizzy Soda, Vanilla Dr Pepper Fizzy Soda, and the Tropical Dragon Fruit Sparkler.

Tito's Fishbowl, a mix of vodka and fruit flavours, and the Pop Pop Fizz, which combines Grey Goose vodka with a mini bottle of Prosecco, will also be offered.

Red Robin has reimagined its Cookie Dough Mudd Pie, now featuring chocolate and vanilla ice cream layers, crumbs of chocolate cookie, cookie dough chunks and fudge and caramel, finished with whipped cream and a cherry.

For the fiscal first quarter (Q1) of 2025 ended 20 April, Red Robin reported a rise in total revenues to $392.4m – $3.8m up from $388.5m reported in the same period of the previous year.
