Riko's Pizza is set to open a new full-service restaurant and bar at Carolina Beach in the US state of North Carolina.

The venue will be part of the Proximity Complex and is situated close to residential, business and leisure hubs.

The establishment is nearing the end of its construction phase and is expected to open in the autumn of 2025.

The 5,000ft² venue will offer signature and customisable bar pies, fresh salads served in a bowl, as a wrap, or on a pizza, oven-roasted wings, shareable items and desserts.

Its 35-foot bar will be equipped with 30 stools and large TVs.

The bar will serve 12 different beers on tap, a selection of wines and a range of craft cocktails complementing Riko's food offerings.

The restaurant will provide indoor and outdoor dining options and feature a dedicated area for takeout and delivery services.

Riko's Pizza CEO and founder Rico Imbrogno stated: "We are so thankful for the warm welcome we have already received from this electric, close-knit, coastal gem.

Since its inception in 2011, the Tavern-style franchise concept has expanded its presence with four corporate-owned and five franchise-owned outlets across Connecticut, New York and Florida.

The brand plans additional locations in the country, with a strategic emphasis on selected markets along the East Coast.

In 2024, Riko's Pizza launched a new location in Westport, Connecticut, its 11th establishment.
