Japanese restaurant concept Shoji is opening its doors at Pembroke's 140 New Montgomery tower, bringing a blend of tradition and modernity to the heart of San Francisco, California, US.

Created by Chef Ingi "Shota" Son, the concept is known for its refined dining experience that merges the art of Japanese hospitality with a contemporary edge.

The space at 140 New Montgomery has been designed to showcase both coffee culture and dining.

Under the guidance of Chef Son, Shoji introduces a multi-layered culinary experience.

Every weekday, the restaurant offers an artisanal coffee programme complemented by a rotating selection of pastries in partnership with the city's pastry chefs.

Shota said: "Shoji was created to be a place of intention — every detail, from the coffee to the cocktails, reflects a deep respect for craft and hospitality. We're excited to open our doors at 140 New Montgomery, a building that embodies the same balance of heritage and modernity that we aim to bring to the table."

Spanning 6,372ft², including a mezzanine and outdoor seating, Shoji offers a dynamic setting for a restaurant driven by a chef.

In addition to its dining scene, 140 New Montgomery is attracting new office tenants, with a variety of spaces available ranging from 4,300ft² to 12,500ft² across multiple floors.
