Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café has announced its first location in the US state of North Carolina at1 Fenton Main Street, Cary in the first quarter of 2026.

This expansion marks a significant milestone in the brand's southern growth strategy.

The Cary location is the second opening under a 15-unit development agreement between Sweet Paris and Virentes Hospitality, part of Virentes Partners Group

Virentes Hospitality has extensive experience in scaling multi-unit ventures. After evaluating more than 50 food and beverage concepts, it invested in Sweet Paris in 2024, aiming to expand the brand in Florida, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Virentes Hospitality's managing member Jim D'Aquila commented on the expansion: "Cary, and specifically Fenton, has this incredible mix of energy and refinement. It's the kind of place where people come to connect, unwind and treat themselves.

"That's exactly the kind of experience we want to create with Sweet Paris. It's a concept that invites people in and gives them a reason to stay. We're proud to introduce the concept to North Carolina and can't wait to see the community of Cary embrace it."

Fenton is a walkable mixed-use location with a blend of high-end retail, dining and public spaces.

Sweet Paris aims to offer an upscale yet approachable experience with artisan crêpes and a welcoming atmosphere.

Sweet Paris co-founder Allison Chavez stated, "Virentes Hospitality has been instrumental in growing Sweet Paris with thoughtfulness and precision, and we're thrilled to see them bring the concept to a new market in Fenton-Cary.

"Their ability to scale while staying true to our brand's charm and quality is exceptional. Fenton is a vibrant, fast-growing destination, and we're confident this location will quickly become a beloved spot for guests to escape and indulge."

Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, founded in 2012 by Ivan and Allison Chavez, now operates 21 stores across Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Texas and Mexico.

The brand aims to revive the art of eating crêpes and is actively seeking partners for multi-unit opportunities through its strategic partnership model.
