everbowl, a restaurant chain that serves açaí bowls, has reached a milestone with the opening of its 100th US store which is in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The new addition underscores the growing consumer demand for energising, better-for-you food choices.

At the core of everbowl’s offerings are açaí bowls, enriched with superfoods and designed to support active lifestyles.

The açaí is claimed to be sourced directly from Brazil, a practice established by founder and CEO Jeff Fenster.

 Fenster’s commitment to direct sourcing is also a means of supporting Brazilian harvesting communities by re-investing in local artisan-made goods.

everbowl’s evolving menu now includes the Sips beverage line and warm toast options, as part of its strategy to offer value-driven products nationwide.

Jeff Fenster commented on the milestone: “This 100th store is more than a milestone – it’s a reflection of the movement we’re building. Our mission has always been to make nutritious, functional food accessible to everyone, and to do it in a way that’s rooted in authenticity and purpose.”

The Lincoln store is part of a wider expansion plan, with franchise partners such as NFL Superbowl champion Drew Brees contributing to the brand’s growth. Brees, along with everbowl area representative Alex Yeater, has opened more than 30 locations through the EB Masters Group. Since its inception in 2016, everbowl has been on a growth trajectory, with projections of $50m in revenue by the end of 2025.

Since 2022, everbowl has served over five million customers, with a monthly average of 50,000 new patrons. The brand’s vertically integrated model, supported by sister company WeBuild, enables franchisees to scale efficiently while maintaining operational consistency and brand integrity.

The 100th everbowl location at 2801 Pine Lake Rd, Ste A, will introduce customers to the Spring 2025 menu, featuring the limited-time Butterfly Coconut Bowl and Butterfly Pea Lemonade Sip.
