Jack’s Family Restaurants has extended its collaboration with foodservice technology company PAR Technology to upgrade digital capabilities and streamline operations across its locations in the US.
The quick-service chain, which runs around 300 outlets, will roll out a suite of PAR systems, including PAR POS, PAR Pay and the PAR hardware range.

The deployment is intended to create a more connected experience for both customers and staff, as the brand aims to scale operations.
Jack’s Family Restaurants CTO Chris Incorvati said: “PAR’s modern platform simplifies operations, improves payment experiences, and strengthens our loyalty strategy, positioning us to consistently deliver outstanding guest service as we expand.”
Jack’s has been working with PAR since 2019 through its loyalty platform, PAR Punchh.
The latest agreement broadens that relationship, with the restaurant operator choosing PAR to bring together point-of-sale, payments, loyalty and hardware within a single enterprise platform to underpin further growth and digital development.
