The business is anchored by a newly built central kitchen designed to handle high-volume production and multi-site delivery.

According to Gulf Hotels Group, a dedicated research and development (R&D) kitchen forms a core part of the complex.

The company noted the R&D kitchen underpins menu creation, testing and refinement, enabling innovation, standardisation and localisation tailored to each sector’s requirements.

The central kitchen has been designed with a future-focused operating model, integrating modern service approaches such as cloud kitchen capabilities.
