This connection is intended to simplify how orders are routed into restaurants and how menus are updated while easing operational workload and supporting margins.

The move comes as the use of multiple delivery and ordering channels accelerates in the US market.

By standardising its digital infrastructure, the chain aims to expand its store network without sacrificing consistency in day-to-day operations.

As bb.q Chicken expands, the Deliverect collaboration will help it manage multiple third-party links, keep menus aligned across channels, and streamline sales reconciliation.

Deliverect’s system ties the brand’s Toast point-of-sale (POS) with a range of major delivery marketplaces, including Uber Eats, GrubHub, DoorDash Marketplace, DoorDash Storefront, Fantuan, Hungry Panda, and EZ Cater.

bb.q Chicken CEO Joseph Kim said: “Integrating Deliverect across all our US locations lets us manage orders and menus across multiple platforms from a single system, reducing errors and simplifying operations.”

By consolidating digital channels onto one platform, bb.q Chicken’s teams can monitor orders, sales performance, stock levels, and fulfilment status in real time.

The menu management tools allow the restaurant group to maintain a single core POS menu while automatically adjusting prices and modifiers for different ordering routes, including dine-in, direct digital channels, and third-party platforms.

Deliverect Americas president Justin Falciola said: “Partnering with bb.q Chicken across their full US footprint reflects how Deliverect operates as a reliable, end-to-end platform supporting complex digital operations at scale.”

The adoption of Deliverect in the US follows earlier implementations in Canada, Germany, and New Zealand, where bb.q Chicken has also integrated the platform, aligning with the chain’s wider international expansion plans.
