In a statement, the platform said the partnership marks a “major step” in PF Chang’s push into the workplace catering market.
Foodja CEO Steve Sprinkle said: “We’re thrilled to partner with PF Chang’s to make it easier for companies to bring their dishes to the office.
“Our technology simplifies how offices order meals from their favourite restaurants while helping brands like PF Chang’s efficiently expand their corporate catering footprint in key markets.”
The workplace-focused restaurant delivery platform said the partnership reflects the “rising importance” of workplace meal programmes as a long-term growth channel for restaurants.
A survey conducted last year by food-tech platform ezCater found that restaurants with active catering programmes recorded 5.1% year-over-year revenue growth.
PF Chang’s operations services and training vice-president Jessi Jami said: “PF Chang’s chose Foodja as a partner because of their proven ability to connect restaurants with corporate clients and simplify large-scale meal delivery.
“This collaboration supports our strategy to grow catering sales and deliver the PF Chang’s experience to more business customers who value quality and convenience.”
Established in 1993, PF Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept known for wok-fired dishes. Last month, the brand bolstered its network in the southern-central US with a new restaurant in Norman, Oklahoma.
