Loman AI, which provides an AI-based phone answering system for restaurants, has joined the Toast Partner Ecosystem as an integration partner.
The collaboration allows restaurants using Toast to deploy Loman to handle incoming calls, place orders, schedule reservations and respond to customer questions at any time.

The company noted that the phone orders are fed directly into the existing Toast workflow.
Loman said its system has been developed to answer calls reliably and manage a wide range of queries, from information on menus and opening hours to completing full orders with modifiers, combos and secure payments.
With the Toast integration, the company said phone orders reach the kitchen in the same way as other orders.
This removes the need for extra tablets, manual re-entry of orders or diverting staff from their stations to answer calls.
Loman AI co-founder and CEO Christian Wiens said: “Restaurant operators built their entire operation around Toast, and this integration helps close the gap between the phone and an optimal tech stack.
“Loman answers the call, takes the order, and it lands in the Toast workflow the operator already runs. The line keeps moving and nothing gets missed.”
According to the company, the integration is now available to restaurants using Toast.
Loman’s platform is currently deployed in more than 1,500 restaurants.
Last month, Loman AI entered a partnership with Shift4 to link its voice AI technology with the Shift4 Dine point-of-sale system used by restaurants.
