The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 2.35% in March 2022 when compared with February 2022.

Out of the food service industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 17.98% share in March 2022, recording an increase of 2.07% over the last three-month average share.

1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 75.61% in March 2022, registering an 181.82% growth over the previous month.

2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 12.2% share, a decrease of 50% over the previous month.

3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 7.32%, registering a 50% decline from February 2022.

4) Computer Support Specialists captured a share of 4.88%, down 33.33% over the previous month.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s food service industry during March 2022 over February 2022.

HelloFresh posted 31 IT jobs in March 2022 and registered a rise of 19.23% over the previous month, followed by Delivery Hero with 10 jobs and a 150% growth. .

Junior Level job postings dominate in March 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 85.37%, up by 45.83% from February 2022. Entry Level positions with a 12.2% share, registered an increase of 25% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 2.44% share, down 50% over February 2022.
