Nevada-based fast casual restaurant chain Capriotti’s plans to open a new franchise location at 5856 Barnes Rd. in Colorado Springs, Colorado, US, in April.
The opening of the new restaurant is expected to create 24 new jobs in the city. It is owned and operated by husband and wife Ron and Christen Sanders.
This will be their second franchise, and they plan to open the third in the InterQuest Marketplace shopping centre this summer.
The new location will offer a wide range of sandwiches, including The Bobbie, a sandwich made with oven-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce and mayo, and The Capastrami, a sandwich made with pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and coleslaw.
The cheesesteak sandwich is made using steak, chicken or plant-based meat and melted cheese along with peppers.
Capriotti’s has an order-ahead option along with third-party delivery services.
