Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Food Preparation and Serving Related Occupations, which accounted for 33% of the total new job postings in Q3 2023 and were up by 328% year-on-year. Second highest were Transportation and Material Moving Occupations, which accounted for 8% and rise by 28% year-on-year, and third highest were Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations, which were 17% of the new job postings and 34% lower year-on-year.

The highest number of jobs were posted by Domino's Pizza Enterprises with 1,624, followed by Compass Group with 974, while the highest increase was at AmRest Holdings at 67%.
