Cheese was found to be the most-used ingredient in entertainment establishments, featuring in 28% of menu items, followed by cream and deli meats. Pork and chilli pepper were also significant ingredients. An analysis of menu categories reveals that meal deals and combinations, soft drinks, salads & sides and Pasta & Pizza were most popular within the entertainment format.
