Fruit was found to be the most-used ingredient in guest house establishments, featuring in 10% of menu items, followed by pork and vegetables. Fish & Seafood and chicken were also significant ingredients. An analysis of menu categories reveals that alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, meat dishes, salads & sides and sandwiches & wraps were most popular within the guest house format.

An analysis of the annual price change between 2022 and H1 2023 indicates that the average menu prices in Thailand guest house channel have dropped by 4.79%.
