Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers Occupations emerged as the leading IT occupation in Asia-Pacific with a share of 33.33% in February 2022, an 81.82% drop over the previous month. Computer Support Specialists came in next, claiming a share of 16.67% in February 2022, marking a flat month-on-month increase. In the third place was Database and Network Administrators and Architects with a share of 16.67% in February 2022, a 75% drop from January 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, accounted for a combined average decline of 70% in the overall IT recruitment activity of Asia-Pacific’s food service industry during February 2022 over previous month.
HelloFresh posted 2 IT jobs in February 2022 and registered a decline of 83.33% over the previous month, followed by Delivery Hero with 1 job and an 83.33% drop. McDonald’s with 1 IT job and Minor International with 1 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Collins Foods recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during February 2022.

Australia commanded a leading presence in the region’s food service industry IT hiring activity with a 50% share in February 2022, a 70% decrease over January 2022. Junior Level jobs held a share of 33.33%, down by 80% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 33.33% share, registered a decline of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Senior job ads with 16.67% share, flat growth over January 2022, while Entry Level postings accounted for 16.67%, recording a month-on-month decline of 83.33%.
