The industry’s overall hiring increased by 131.81% in May 2022 when compared with April 2022.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Colombia’s food service industry in May 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 88.1% in May 2022, registering a 146.67% growth over the previous month.
2) Computer and Information Analysts claimed a 4.76% share, a decrease of 50% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 2.38%, registering a flat growth from April 2022.
4) Computer Support Specialists captured a share of 2.38%, flat growth over the previous month.
Top five food service companies in Colombia’s IT recruitment activity in May 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Colombia’s food service industry during May 2022 over April 2022.
Delivery Hero posted 42 IT jobs in May 2022 and registered a rise of 100% over the previous month.
Junior Level job postings dominate in May 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 78.57%, up by 94.12% from April 2022. Entry Level positions with an 11.9% share, registered an increase of 150% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 9.52% share, up 100% over April 2022.
