IT jobs accounted for a 26.37% share in the industry’s total hiring activity in April 2022, registering an increase of 4.23% over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers Occupations leads by classification in April 2022
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers Occupations emerged as the leading IT occupation in South & Central America with a share of 64.29% in April 2022, a 28.95% drop over the previous month. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations came in next, claiming a share of 21.43% in April 2022, marking a 200% month-on-month increase. In the third place was Computer and Information Analysts with a share of 9.52% in April 2022, a flat growth from March 2022.
