The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 117.72% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s food service industry during January 2022 over December 2022.
HelloFresh posted 79 IT jobs in January 2022 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by The University of Texas at Austin Division of Housing and Food Service with 28 jobs and a 15.15% drop. Starbucks with 28 IT jobs and Compass Group with 24 jobs, recorded a 7.69% growth and a 33.33% growth, respectively, while Sodexo recorded an increase of 550% with 13 job postings during January 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in January 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 54.55%, up by 88.57% from December 2022. Entry Level positions with a 26.03% share, registered an increase of 125% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 19.42% share, up 42.42% over December 2022.
