Allset currently offers meal pre-ordering services such as sit-down meal or pick it up across more than 2,000 restaurants in 11 major US cities.

As part of the deal, ItsaCheckmate supports the food ordering platform to simplify its wait-free processes and grow revenue without increasing associated costs.

ItsaCheckmate founder and CEO Vishal Agarwal said: “Our partnership with Allset is significant, considering its reputation for enabling restaurants to provide customers with more options to improve their dining experience.

“With customer service the core of our foundation, we are excited about this opportunity that takes restaurant tech to new heights.”

In addition, both companies will assist restaurants to make a seamless digital transition and take advantage of the technology benefits.

Based in the US, ItsaCheckmate integrates multiple online ordering platforms such as UberEats, Caviar, DoorDash, Delivery.com, and Ritual directly to restaurant POS systems including Brink, Toast and Revel.

Allset allows guests to dine at restaurants and businesses to offer quick dine-in and pickup services.
