American foodservice company Aramark is set to offer 30 new menu options featuring various categories such as taco trios, sandwiches, hot dogs, vegan and vegetarian options and game-day innovations as part of the NFL football season.
The foodservice company has partnered with premier restaurateurs and local and celebrity chefs to create and offer the new menu options at stadiums this season.
Taco Trios menu features battle red tacos in NRG Stadium, bay spice brisket tacos in Raymond James Stadium, buffalo chicken tacos in Heinz Field, chesapeake tacos in M&T Bank Stadium, Chipotle chicken tacos in US Bank Stadium, elote chicken tacos in Arrowhead Stadium, mojo pork tacos in Lincoln Financial Field, pork belly tacos in Soldier Field, roasted pork tacos in Paul Brown Stadium and smokehouse chicken tacos in FirstEnergy Stadium.
Sandwich menus offered in the stadiums include Cubano in US Bank Stadium, kielbasa cheese steak in M&T Bank Stadium, kingdom inferno chicken sandwich in Arrowhead Stadium, market bar-b-que smoked brisket US Bank Stadium, pimento cheese melt in Raymond James Stadium and Texas smoked meatball sub in NRG Stadium.
As part of its ‘Healthy for Life 20 By 20’ initiative, the company is offering vegan and vegetarian options such as beyond burger and vegan sausage in Arrowhead Stadium, grilled veggies and hummus flat bread in Paul Brown Stadium and sweet potato and black bean tacos in US Bank Stadium.
Other menu choices include b-spot red zone bratwurst, fuku spicy fried chicken sandwich, fuku fingers and fries and Georgia James carved roast beef sandwich with wedge slaw.
In addition, the company is offering game day innovation menu featuring Tour de Taps, a fleet of beer bikes to offer beers along with a compostable peanut bag created to reduce waste.
