US-based foodservice company Aramark has added four signature items to its menu offered during the 2019 Men’s Final Four to take place from 6 to 8 April at the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
Inspired by each school’s hometown, the Final Four menu features tiger paw pork skins, Spartan coney dog, big tex nacho, and wahoo shrimp and grits.
Tiger paw pork skins features fried pork skins, Sriracha mayo and green onion and Spartan coney dog is made using all-beef hot dog, topped with diced onions, mustard and savoury meat sauce.
The big tex nacho features bowl of nachos, topped with chili, sour cream, guacamole, and Texas-style salsa and the wahoo shrimp and grits contains shrimp over grits, topped with creamy red sauce.
Aramark regional executive chef O’Brien Tingling said: “The Final Four is the pinnacle of the college basketball season, so we strove to create a menu that celebrates the occasion and embodies the fans’ school spirit with signature snacks inspired by each team’s hometown.”
In addition, the company is offering other menu items, namely sliced brisket sandwich, jump ball burger, crispy walleye sandwich, bracket-buster dog, and road ends here dog under new in clubs.
